December 2010 CANCELLED ADR Thread - Read 1st Post (UPDATE 12-5)

Due to a change in touring plans and travel mates I have a 4:40pm reservation for a party of 2 and a 4:10pm reservation for a party of 3 on December 10th that I will be cancelling tonight or tomorrow. PM me if you would like me to hang onto either of these reservations for you!

I just got CRT for Dec 14th at 7pm! I accidentally put in my DD's age incorrectly so I had to go in again. It looked like there were 2 tables for 4 available if anyone else wants to try to get it.

I don't want to spoil your excitement, but do you have tickets to MVMCP? If you do, then I wouldn't use valuable party time in a restaurant. If you don't, they won't allow you to be seated with an ADR of 7 PM or later. And the 14th is definitely a party night.

I just cancelled a 12/13 almost 11am reservation at Cape May for 4 (think it was 10:50.

Haven't heard from anyone looking for Via Napoli so am canceling now.

Okay, my 'Ohana ADR is spoken for. I still have Cape May and Tony's available, but will be canceling them later tonight. I was holding out for a DISer to get them, but I don't feel right sitting on them any longer . . .

Christmas Day: Le Cellier at 7:40 for 2 ppl
(these were my brother and sister in laws ressies that I made for them)

Dec 28th: Mama Melrose at 4:00 for 6 ppl

Dec. 29th: Turf Club at 6:00 for 4 ppl

Dec. 30th: Le Cellier at 6:35 for 4 ppl

Do you know where I can find this info? I didn't see anything when I booked and I just called and the CM said she thinks I should be fine as long as we are in the park before 6. We definitely plan to leave as soon as we are done as we are doing the party later in the week. Thanks! Definitely don''t want to go there & then be disappointed.

Maybe someone else will chime in here. But I'm quite sure you won't be seated with a 7 PM ADR unless you have a party ticket. A 6:45 or 6:55 ADR and you would be fine, but not 7 PM. And showing up early won't help either. It's based on the ADR time.

I just hate for you to have your hopes up, or maybe pass on another opportunity thinking this will work.

I just got off the phone with WDW Dine and booked the 7 pm table the OP pointed out. During my phone call the CM asked me specifically if we had tickets and would not book it unless we did. Dana
