December 2008 Trip

We are in the planning stages of our family trip to WDW this coming December. We will be there for a full week, (7 day 6 nights stay) at one of the Moderate Resorts. We have one DD who will be age 7 and one DS who will be age 4. Other than the "standard" things to do, does anyone have any reccomendations on things to see or do during the X-mas holiday? Any feed back is greatly appreciated.
