December 2008 - Anyone going to WDW?

Its open on christmas and its actually one of the busiest, if not THE busiest days of the year for them. They have to close the parks down and stuff, at least MK. I have never personally been on christmas, to many people for me.

That is really surprising!! I had no idea! Personally, I'd rather be home for christmas.

We're going the 10th of December to the 3rd of January.

Christmas at WDW is THE busiest day of the year for them. MK is always filled above capacity. They always close to the public around 11am but resort guests have to be admitted anytime of the day. We went one year at the opening to try and see the parade. But it got rained out so we had to leave the park when the parade was canceled. I can tell you that they up the secuirity by about five times from christmas through new years. transportation to the parks is UNREAL. The one time we went to MK it took us two hours just to walk out of the park. And this was at 11:00am.
