December 2007 - AKV

Is anyone else considering trying to get a ressie at AKV for the first two weeks of December this year? I'm hoping we can go then. But since the first booking date is past the 11 month mark, wouldn't every one be trying to book at the very same time? I imagine MS will be swamped.

I am going to try to add either 12-22 or 12-28. either of those dates is fine.

I would like to stay there one day at the start or end of a BW trip I have planned.

I doubt if I get either date.

Since AKV owners are getting a priority on reservations when they begin, it will be just like the 11 month booking window opening. The only difference is that some people can't make reservations 11 months in advance anyway so more of the short term planners may be in on the rush.

I currently have reservation for SSR from Dec 8-14. We plan on switching to AKV from Dec 8-11 or Dec 12-15 and keep our SSR res for the remaining nights. So, I guess I will be one of the thousands calling on the very first day they open reservation for AKV members
