I have a few magnets done that I have been working on, one day before we cruise I will figure out how ot post. I have our pirate night magnets done also.
I got a few of the Home Depot chips myself. DD is working with those.

DS (8) got his postcard from Goofy in the mail today saying he couldn't wait to see him on our upcoming cruise. DS was so excited that Goofy sent him a postcard. Just seeing the joy and excitement on his face was priceless.

Wow, do they send post cards to all the kids or did you do something special? My son would be so excited to get a postcard from goofy!

Going to Disney: If you go over to the cruise board there is a thread about "paying it forward" where other Dis'ers that sail before you will send your children a post card from Disney World We received one last year and I also mailed one off after our last cruise...sure is fun!

even though i have 13 cabins booked my ds 10 dosent have anyone his age if anyone has a ds that age please let me know ill sent his email so they can meet before thx he will turn 11 on the shio his bday is 12/5

I'm getting excited about the cruise (since I've been studying!), but my kids don't know what to expect so they are not as excited. DD17 is worried that she is too old for the teen area - can any parent of a teen give us any advice?

Made our reservations for the Stingray City excursion and for Xcaret. And got dinner at Polo's to celebrate our 25th anniversary!

Goin' to Disney, I thinnk the thread you are looking for is in the regular cruise forum. It is titled "Here's the postcard thread for returning/ future cruisers....". This morning it was on page three. It's a big thread. Just keep paging forward on the discussion pages and you'll find it. Happy Hunting!

Tell you daughter not to worry about the Teen area. There are several teens both boys and girls just her age that will be going, including my 16 year old daughter. If you want to PM me, I will get her email and maybe they can meet online before the trip!

If you go to the main Disney cruise board, on the top of the page are stickys. If you click on the one that says "most asked questions" there is a link to the post card page. Hope that helps.

We had this done on our last cruise. Just seeing the excitement on our sons face to think that Goofy sent him a post card telling him he can't wait to see him on our upcoming cruise... PRICELESS.

Hi everyone! I'm so excited--my parents just got back from WDW and they brought us back the cutest Mickey ears with a pirate bandana on them and a big hoop earring in one of the ears! They look so cute---even my teenagers like them and that's saying something.

miztigg: your DS will have so much fun celebrating his birthday on board. By the way, great birthday--it's my dad's birthday too and he's a terrific guy!

cheremek: my DD will be 16 and has enjoyed e-mailing Frye's DD. I'm sure she'd love to e-mail your DD if she'd like to touch base with some older teens before getting on the ship. There seems to be a lot of 16 and 17 yos going so I think she'll have fun.

I can help you out here. I have a DS 11 (12 in early January) and another DS 10 (11 in February). They are both excited to spend time at the Lab again and would like to email your DS before. I'll send you a PM with our email, but here's a message from Jacob, 10 ( See ya on the cruise!!)

Wow, a huge group going? Our last two DCL cruises 6/24/2006 and 8/13/2006 they were not many DISer's onboard. We are hoping to sail on the 12/2 cruise so wish us luck that we can join you guys!

Hi everyone! We are getting closer!!

Looks like I won't be rebooking on the ship as I just put down a deposit for a cruise in Hawaii on Pride of Hawaii ship got a great deal and I could do this cruise two times for the price I paid for one DCL

I will have to really enjoy this DCL as it will be the last for a while...unless they get a ship here in California! wahoo!

Wow, it's October and so that means less than two months away! Yipee! This will be our first time on the Magic, we've sailed the Wonder twice this year now we've got to give the Magic some love too...=o)

You can call DCL if you booked through them or your TA and have it added to your ressie. If your not able to then yes let your server know.

If any of you will be staying at AKL after your cruise, please PM me. I am on the 12/10 4-day Wonder cruise and would like to share my resort room decorations with another DIS buddy, if possible. They will be AKL specific.
