I hear you on the laundry Mandy. But that is my own fault. Since the summer clothes have all been up for a couple of months, I have taken it on myself to wash everything, like a dumby, cause I just wasnt sure what I wanted to take. I am SOOOOOO going to over pack!

supposed to be rainy the day we arrive so we may skip the parks which sucks. That is the only time we could see Spectro....

I too am in full panic mode although, I feel much better now that I packed my boys bag. One down three to go. Is anyone as tired of as I am???

If I have to fold one more batch I am going to be And, that's not even my cruise laundry, that's just what I ignored over the Thanksgiving holiday. I can feel the first tingles of full on panic. Just finished the fish extender today...oh wait, that's right, I still have one more thing to do on it. Dang it. I've got the FE gifties sorted, but don't be surprised if they're not in Martha approved packaging.

Late to the party doesn't mean you can't dance!
Post up any questions you might have, many of us have cruised DCL before. Also, plan to meet us at the Promenade Lounge (deck 3 between Lumieres and the aft elevators) at 3pm on the day we board. We will all introduce the kids, make plans to meet again for wine tasting or something....


So, we hit the road this Saturday!! I think I have wifi at our resort so I'll be online some... but I am looking forward to actually meeting everyone in person. If you recognize me at the terminal (short, blond... I usually get recognized ) feel free to say "hi" then!

Well, the house is decorated, the tree is up and I am done shopping for everything. It is now time to start assembling & packing. I have to print my signs, find all the pirate gear and start collecting cruise clothes from closets & drawers.
I tried making a list but I keep getting distracted. Tomorrow EVERYONE will be gone-just me & the suitcases so I plan on getting ALOT done!

Oh yeah, I need to get everyone haircuts and a pedi for me...when am I going to find time for that????

i'm so jealous! i wish we had our house decorated for Christmas. i just didn't see the point in going through the process just to tear it down and move it two days before Christmas.
i decided i'm going to throw our artificial tree in my car for the move, it will be the first thing in the new house! we can trim it on xmas eve retro style.
mani/pedi and waxing are booked for thursday.
i can't believe it's almost here!!

seems a little quiet on the boards the past day or so, i guess everyone is in packing mode?

I'm freaking out, don't think I will sleep for 9 days...seriously. I have NO BAGS packed,seems the kiddos always foil my alonetime plans...I have great hopes that tomorrow I will get to it.

Organized is SO not my style. I am a 1/2 finished trainwreck at all times...really. I have a ton of well laid plans, but only a few fully completed!

I hear you on that! I am right in the middle of law school finals - last one being Dec. 11

So basically, the evening before we head down to the port will be spent up all night getting everything together!

At least it gives me something to look forward to after the headache that is the next 8 days!

Just printed out my cruise papers...don't forget! It's a pain at the terminal if you don't bring them they make you do all of the papers MANUALLY!
