Decaf Unsweet Ice tea during Induction?

I do not drink any of the diet rite sodas or things like that, to me they do not taste good. So, is Decaf unsweet ice tea okay? I looked in the book but the way it was worded was not quite clear whether it was all tea and coffee or just the Caf kind.

It is my understanding that you may drink decaffeinated and sugar free tea and or coffee. If you would like to sweeten it, I would suggest Splenda. I would also not use any lemons for induction.

I stayed on water for several weeks, and now once a day or every other day I have a Crystal lite, or a diet caf free soda (any type, it is only once in a while!) and I have had the brewed iced tea with nothing too!

I love buying the caffeine free teas from Bigelow and making ice tea from them. The cherry berry is very good. Also, I believe you could use the Torani or DaVinci syrups to sweeten your tea - the raspberry or peach would be good...
