yes, i know it will be difficult..
what happened is:
i called at 7am to make ps for dec 24, i only waited for 5 min, but then when i said i want to make ps for 12 ppl, the agent immediately transfer to group dining which was closed since that is weekend !!!
she did not even offer two table of 6.... then i called dining again, waited for 1h30, no luck....
should i complaint?

I would let them know what happened and would appreciate anything they might be able to do.Since the mistake they made prevented you getting the PS you needed.

i would call the dine line and ask for a supervisor... it certainly cannot hurt!
