Dec PS's for dinner

Help someone please! I have been able to narrow down my ts (all for dinner) choices for the 9 nights I will be at WDW in Dec, but now I need to start deciding what to do when so I'm ready at the 90 day mark. My problem: I don't know what the park hrs of operation will be during that time, or the parades, fireworks, Osborne light show, CP, etc and I want to make my PS's around those things. I don't want to make a mistake with my PS and then not be able to get a make a change. Can anyone help? Will the schedules be out before the 90 mark? I'll be there from 12/14 to 12/23.

This presents a problem for me each year (biggeset pet peeve), and especially this year since the early a.m./late p.m. entry parks don't stay the same from week to week. The most you can do is plan and make your dining reservations as best you can, and then when the schedule comes out start calling to change some choices. Be prepared though, even after the hours are published the "ever fluctuating MK" will still make some changes throwing a monkey wrench into your carefully laid out plans. I think if dining reservations should be made 90 days in advance then parks hours should be finalized by then too. Do I sound cranky about this or what? I think DH just ran out to buy himself some earplugs!
