Dec...any past codes or free dining??

DH is taking a group of HS students to WDW as part of their Service Club. I would love to take DD. I am not able to get the same price the kids are getting so I am hoping that perhaps there will be a room discount or Free dining offered. We will be going the first week of Dec. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if there were any delas offered in the past during this time frame? I know that its not certain even though it was done in the past etc....I was just wondering so I dont get my hopes up. I figured there would not be many deals since people probably go to see the decorations etc before Christmas. Thank you in advance for any information!

There was a general public free dining offer in 2009 for check-ins between September 26 and December 17 ,with only a couple of blackout dates around Thanksgiving.

2009 was the only year this was offered, so there's no way to guess based on past history if the same offer will be made again in 2010.

There's been free dining PIN codes issued for the past two or three years for this time period.
