Dec. 24/25 dining discounts?

If Dec. 24/25 are blackout dates for the TIW card, are there any other dining discounts available for those days?

Like for DVC members or AP holders?

Nope, if fact the prices are usually increased during that time.

Disneynuts is right. They will institute a holiday surcharge. Sad but true.

Is it just the buffets like character meals and Ohana etc. that have the increase in price? I am using TIW most of my trip but staying at BLT 12/23-12/27 and want to know if it would be worth doing DDP for those days.
