Is this a good time to go? Seems like, price wise, it is considered low season. Might take advantage of the deal they have for 30% discount. Kids have a THREE WEEK winter break this year (yikes) and so this would be great if it is a kinda slow week.

Anyone with experience during this week at Aulani?

Is it still warm enough to swim? Pools heated? Ocean warm?

I have been to Oahu at this time but not specifically Aulani. It will definitely be gorgeous weather wise! My hubby and I surfed on Waikiki Beach on Christmas Day many years ago! It was gorgeous! I would guess that crowds will be low! Most schools won't be out till the 22nd/23rd.

We went 14-23 this past December because we were 5 mins too late to get Xmas- NYD. Loved it!! SOOOO glad we "settled" we're going to do it again this year. Our friends did Four Seasons that week and said it was just increasingly awful from the 23rd on. We're gonna make it a tradition. It was lovely to have a break just before the hive of xmas activity.
