Well, I just checked the website and another day of my waitlist came through.

So I am now at: (all 1 BRs)

BWV 4 nights
SSR 2 nights
BCV 5 nights

Yes, I have. I haven't been able to call every day. I am lucky if I get the chance to call once a week. But by calling I was able to pick up 2 days of my waitlist. Now I only have 2 days left. So maybe, I will be lucky and it will come through. I will probably call later this afternoon to see if anything has opened up.

That's for sure. I'm sitting on a 2BR at VWL for 12/22-26 and a 1BR and a studio for 12/21. I'm waiting for a 2BR at AKV for 12/21-26. It would be hilarious, if someone at AKV had what I want and I have what they want. But there is no way to find out and trade.

Man, I'm waiting for a 2br at VWL for the 22nd-26. I currently have the 23rd-26 with a studio and 1 br but want to use fewer points AND make sure Grandma and her wheelchair aren't at the other end of the resort!
Sure wish I had a 2b AKV to trade you for!

I have been 50/50 so far---2 nights waitlist has come through and 2 nights I got through calling all the time. Hey wait, I haven't called yet today, gotta run!

Do let me know if you can if/when you call to cancel the 2br vwl. I don't trust the waitlist and would love to be able to call right away for a better chance! tia

So excited, called yesterday morning and was able to get a studio @ BWV for Dec 3 and 4th. We now do not have change resorts. I was waitlisted for these days but was able to get with a phone call. Was also told that a 1 bedroom savannah view at AKL was available.

I called yesterday with no luck - there are no 2BR's available at AKV for Dec. 21-26. I'm going to give it one more week then just give up on the thought my waitlist will come through.

Just got off the phone w/MS to check on a 2br VWF from 12/23-12/26. We are currently on a waitlist for the 3 nights but I've been checking to see if any of the individual nights were available. They had the nights of the 23rd and 24th so we borrowed points to grab them and then cancelled our 1br and studio for the 23rd and 24th. We still have studio and 1 br for the 25th but have our fingers crossed for waitlist coming thru or that they will want to just keep us put for the night.

So, if anyone is looking for a 1br or studio at VWL on 12/23 or 12/24 give them a call.

Oh, and I've been checking for the night of the 22nd and no VWL avail so we'll stick w/1br std at BWV then move over. They did have a 1br pref/garden 1 br at BWV that night but we decided to save the points since we'll be back in a 1br pref/garden the 26-1st.

I'm really surprised that I've been able to piece together these resorts in the last couple of months. I hate to think of the time spent calling though!

Keep calling! I have not been as fanatical about calling as most people, but I have been able to pick up a couple of my waitlist days by calling.

Everyone, I just got off the phone with MS and apparently my waitlist coverage was not as complete as I thought. I had 2 days come through yesterday at BWV but apparently, when that came through, my remaining waitlists at BWV got cleared. I still have my BCV waitlist for the 2 nights that I want but not the BWV one. So I added it back this morning.

I just got 5 of my 7 day wait list by calling. Dec 18-22 and Dec 24-25 at BCV Studio. I let go my reservation 12/18-25 for a SSR studio, so hopefully that will help someone here. Days are opening up quickly, but not for the entire time frames that they are making us waitlist for, so we're not getting them - those who call are.

Yesterday only Dec 24 was available at BCV for a studio, today Dec 18-22 was, so I will be calling every day to pick up my remaining 2 days the 22 & 23 of Dec. and I am feeling more hopeful about getting them than I was.

Have been calling and still no AKV or VWL studios to be had for 12/7 to 12/13. Guess we are sticking with SSR for this year. Hope we get a good view. We had road and bus stop the last time which was our first stay at our home resort.

our wait list just came thru for a 1BR 8th to 13th.
got SSR - would of loved BWV which is where we go on the 13th - but still we are just excited to get a room.

I waitlisted just this Saturday for any studio anywhere 12/10 - 12/12 (2 nights) knowing my chances were pretty minimal. Imagine my surprise and delight when I see on the website today that I got AKV Value Studio for those nights. I'm not sure how I got that lucky and I am so surprised it came through automatically after reading how sometimes you have to call and call.
