OK I am trying again. Anyone going on the December 04, 2005 Wonder 4 day cruise. This will be our first cruise ever.

Wow I almost fell off my chair that someone actually answered my post. More importantly actually is sailing on those day. I have been all alone on the post since Feb 16, 2005 figured no one liked those days. This is my DH and My first ever cruise. I have been busy saving for this since January. Ebay has become my new best friend. Made over $400.00 selling things just around the house. Got the idea from the posts here.

I had seen just a little blurb about Mousefest going (at allearsnet I think)--so the ship will DEFINITELY be packed probably.

Welcome aboard . Finally a little more action on this thread. I originally posted this on Feb 16th. Thought there would be more posts because of Mousefest. That is one of the reason we decided to go on this date. I actually posted even earlier but it went no where. It is our first cruise and we decided to do December becuase I want to see all the Christmas decorations. We are also doing land and sea but separate not the package. Can't wait.

I booked and paid the deposit on this cruise today.
This will be our first trip on the Wonder, we were on the Magic last dec. Heard it was the Mousefest cruise and decided to book this instead of another 7day.

It's nice to meet all of y'all Hopefully we might even get a chance to say hey onboard.

I didn't know about Mousefest until after I had got a ressie. My DU Agent (who's fab by the way and highly recommended) has already told me that Cat 6 has already been sold out (that's where we'll be). Was really hoping for a "quieter" ship/mild park attendance, but I'm sure Mousefest will be great all the same. It'll be wonderful to see people who are Disney Enthusiasts--my beloved Mr. FFerret is the exact opposite.

Any speculation out there that since it's the Mousefest cruise there might be fewer families with younger children going? Just curious

You are not alone. I will be on the 12/4 sailing of the Wonder. I am sooooooooooooooooo excited. I am traveling with my 70 year old mother. She too is looking forward to the vacation. We will fly to Orlando 12/1 and staying at the PRFQ.

I'm on this one!! We're really excited. When I booked with my TA, she mentioned that she could get me a 'group rate' for December 4th. I hadn't been paying attention to my AllEars newsletters, apparently, because I didn't about it being Mousefest. It wasn't until we talked about it later that she said I was being booked with the Mousefest group -- heeheeeee.

DH and I are going on our first vacation since our twins were born. The boys just turned one, so they'll be a bit easier on the Grandparents while we're gone...I hope. We can't believe we're getting to go!! We're celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary.

I'm so glad to see that other folks are on this one. I was beginning to wonder if I'd see a thread...

I must have searched forever using every combination of December 4, 2005 in the world. I searched using 051204 and 20051204 and Dec. 4, 2005 and 12/04/05 and 12-04-05 and 12/4/2005 and Dec. 4th and I only found one person several weeks ago called LucEeyore and posted on her thread at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=835536

But I guess she gave up too that anyone would post on her thread, too. We need to get everyone posting on this thread together so that we can get to know each other and share ideas and previous experiences from the cruise.

Yesterday I even posted on a special cruise thread asking if anyone had ever posted on the cruise meet board and never got a reply at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=930980

I said yes, and decided to post my own cruise meet thread last night at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=931059 .

I wouldn't have posted it if I had seen yours from last February. I sure am glad that you posted your thread again.

And I am so happy to meet other DISers going on the December 4th Wonder cruise. We need to get everyone else back on this thread and start posting about the cruise so that we can get to know each other.
