Debit Cards at Counter Service?

Are debit cards accepted for payment at counter service rest. and kiosks? Thanks!

Counter service yes, and some kiosks... but I'm not sure it's all of them.

I've used CC at counter serevice and plently of kiosks. Not sure if they all take them though.
