Debating on which AP

I am looking at either four seasonal passes ($1,199.96+tax) (listed blockout dates are fine with all our travel dates) versus three season and one Preferred pass ($1,299.96+tax).

I think the deciding factor is dining discounts - I know the preferred pass says " 10% Off The Following: All Universal Orlando owned and operated restaurants and carts (excluding alcoholic beverages)", but I cannot find a list of the UO owned restaurants/carts anywhere.

Does anyone have better Googling skills or any knowledge that can help me decide?
(We are four adults that will eat all meals together, but snack time might be split up if that matters at all)
