Even Mods have lives - even with best intentions they can't monitor the boards 24/7. At least it won't be visible in the morning when the younger generations might have seen it.

Yes you are right..even Mods have lives LOL We can't be sat in front of the Computer ALL day......although I sometimes try.

Thank you all for reporting it When you click on the Report a bad post sign, all the moderators of that forum will get an email, I think the webmasters get it too.

Luckily Penny managed to sort this one out for us

No, the WM's don't get the reported posts - I only saw it because I was doing what I like to do for fun...visit the UK boards. I know I don't post all the time, but I do lurk

As to why it took so long - well personally speaking it was because I was off having a life and doing something else - just as I imagine was the case with everyone else on the team on a Saturday night

Me and Andru defenitely saw it, it was very confusing to read but i gathered what would be on the end of the links that were posted so just didnt go there. Reported via the bad post link and it was gone within minutes.
As the mods etc say, they cant be here all the time, we appreciate u all loads

I saw the post and reported it early evening, the reason why i asked why it took so long was because it was there for around 4 hours,.
please dont take me the wrong way, when i asked why it took so long, i realise now that some reported it much later than i did and so the most to them was removed much quicker.
I have been on these boards now for 5 years and i really do appreciate all the hard work the mods put into the forums, and what a fantastic job that they do! I for on will be lost without the boards for all the help i have received from all you dissers for my trips to florida

Netty, there is no way they would take anything the wrong way from yourself. After all you are just trying to protect "our" forum and you are one of the most respected members from my point of view.
