Dear Kotex

Keeper/Diva cup.. I don't think so. Any thing I have to trim, rinse and reuse is just not practical for me.

If it works for you, thats great! It just isn't for me!

Here is something that takes just a little time to make:

OH MY GOD!!!!!! That is so beautiful!!!!!! And here I've been stressing over not being able to find the right crystal chandelier for my dining room. Boy, do I have a project for tomorrow!!!!!

Night, girls (and all you secret lurking guys, you know you're out there!!)

Hope this thread is still flowing tomorrow..... :lmao:

This thread has been great! Belts I had almost forgot about them do you think it is selective memory like forgetting about childbirth pain?

We used to wash hankies too but then Kleenex was discovered. Washing pads just what I want to do at that time of month and my DH thinks I'm grouchy now.

I love the tampon craft I'm sitting here laughing to myself that my DH is a cubscout leader and every Christmas they go caroling at a large nursing home and each den has to make a Christmas decoration to hand out to residents and how hilarious it would be to have a group of 8 yr old boys making the tampon angel ornaments and then handing them out to the elderly residents! Wonder if any of them would figure it out and if the nurses could keep a straight face. Wow don't worry that is too sick even for me. Now my "favorite" SIL thats an idea...

I laughed so hard while reading this, that my stomach hurts! :rotfl:

Just a remark about washing pads: what do you think women did before kotex and always and the like existed?

Now I'm too young to remember the belts, but were they disposable? I would guess the belts went one and the pad went in the belt, right? Were those pads disposable?

The pads were disposable, the belts were not. And, after wearing one, there is probably not many women over the age of 40 who even think about wearing thong underwear! :rotfl:

And, Oh My Gosh! That chandelier! Who has that much time on their hands! :rotfl2:
Kim

I am way too young to remember things like that, but I don't think they had anything disposable in 1900.

I just made it through all 10 pages and have tears streaming down my face. This is the funniest thing in a long time. :rotfl: :rotfl:

The worst part is that I will now be late for my staff meeting and can't tell them why. :rotfl2: Sorry folks, I'm late because I couldn't stop reading a message board thread on Kotex. :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And I'm making those slippers for christmas presents!! I might look for Mickey heads or other Disney type buttons. I think my 11 year old niece needs a pair. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Honestly though, I'm legally blind and I need a strong magnifier to read most print. I ain't taking my loupe to the toilet!

Maybe the tips should be changed to jokes or fortune cookie messages. Have a luagh in the loo and get lottery numbers, too!
