I know there is a deal on with 2 nights free, but I haven't booked my flights yet, so I'm not sure of my dates. (And I don't know how long walking the Camino de Santiago will take... plus spending a few days in Paris before heading to DLP.)

Those 2 nights free seems like a great deal to me, but I haven't a clue what the deals usually are for DLP. It expires Feb 8, but I doubt I'll be ready to book before then. What are the odds of there being another offer before summer that I can book? Or should I just wait and stay at the Ibis? (I'd rather Disney - EMH, shipping bags to the resort etc And I've only NOT stayed on property when I've gone to DL California, and you can walk to the parks from your hotel).

when are you intending going, and how many nights onsite would you prefer if you had the choice?

Can't believe I forgot to mention that! Sorry. I'm walking the Camino de Santiago first, but I'm hoping to leave around July 1st (meaning I'd start walking around July 3rd), I hope to finish that by the 9th so that I can have about 3 days to see a few things in Paris, then spend from the 13-17 or 18 in DLP. This is the plan at this point, but things change. LOL I'm flying from Canada and right now the flights are horribly priced.

If you book through the German site there is up to 25% off when you book 2 nights or more with free half board meals (does not include the Davy Crockett hotel). Must book before Feb 8...good for travel until Oct 31 2016

No predictions on whether there will be another summer offer after Feb. 8? I will not be ready to book before then... even though I REALLY want to!

There is not just 1 offer at a time. Different countries have different offers. You should check multiple countries websites, not just the country you are from. For example, one country could have a 30% discount offer, then when you open a different country website in a new tab, they are giving a free meal plan.

and there could be quite a few offers, on various countries versions of the official DLP site, after 8th Feb. I'd expect by late Feb there will be a new set of offers out.

Thanks... so far I've been browsing the UK site, the Canadian, the French, the US and the German! LOL

Thank you so much! I will keep researching. I was just playing now on the Canadian site, and it said the full amount would be charged to my credit card. Is that correct? I can't pay a deposit and then pay the rest later on? At WDW I have until 45 days before the trip to pay the remainder of a package.

Thanks again!

That is correct. When you pay online through the official Disneyland Paris website ( country does not make a difference) you pay the full amount up front.

To pay just a deposit and then the balance approx 30 days before arrival date you will need to ring Disneyland Paris direct and make a phone booking.

To get around international phone charges, ring the Canadian phone number for Disney World and ask to be transferred to whichever country call centre you want to book from. I did this for my upcoming trip. I am from Ireland but I wanted to book the deal on the French website. I rang the local Irish number listed on the Irish Disneyland Paris website and asked to be transferred to the French call centre. I did the same when I wanted to book my ADR.

^^ In addition to this, I'm in the UK, phoned the UK number, and when I spoke to the DLP Rep on the phone I said I wanted to use the current Irish Website offer (as it was the best option for us at the time!). Wasn't a problem at all. So you may not even need to ask to be transferred to another call centre. Just for info!

Thanks everyone. The only icky part is the call. There is no "Canadian" Disney number that I know of. We always have to call through to the US. It still would be easier to call the US as I know the number. Hahahaha If it works, do they transfer from the WDW or DL call centers to the French ones?

Did you end up calling to book the deal? I'm about to embark down a similar path for my first trip on August. Trying to catch up on the best tips and tricks before I attempt to book. Thanks in advance!!

I didn't. I really started thinking about it and it's way too much for me. I will likely end up at the Ibis once I get all my dates set. As much as I'd rather stay on property, it makes no sense to spend that much $ for me. I haven't never spent that much on a hotel room. (When I convert the $ to Canadian)

Sadly, I've decided it is not the time for me to go to DL Paris. After a walking pilgrimage, my brain/body/heart/soul may not be ready for some Disney excitement! Hahaha. I am cancelling my Paris time as well. But it has made me decide that I will be going for sure at another point in time. Maybe next year during their 25th anniversary!
