Not sure if anyone else is thinking this way or not, but given the current economic crisis must Disney not be wondering what the next few months will bring for tourism dollars? We've already booked our vacation for the last week of Feb,first week of March . Now im wondering if Disney might have some better rates coming down the pipe just to keep numbers up at the parks and hotels or am I insane?
Look at the last 2 years, there haven't been too many discounts other than AP holders and Florida residents. http://www.mousesavers.com/historicalwdwdiscounts.html#codetrends
I'd doubt they would have discounts during their busiest season, but hey it's WDW and those that visit during this time ( I call it the WORST time of the season to visit-large crowds & no discounts, uh uh, no way) can dream.
I called the other day to see if a pin code was attached to my name. The CM told me that I did not have on but that Disney would be offering some incintives for the coming year. They would not elaborate on what or when but said that they would be attempting to stimulate business. I hope that is the truth. We really want to go in Jan, but will need a discount to make it happen. Lets all keepour fingers crossed.![]()
Free dining in March would really make me consider Disney for spring break....![]()
