Okay, so looking at past threads I'm getting the vibe that Disney is now seeking real, legit organized groups of some sort to participate in the yes programs and is cracking down. Yes, I know all about the individual enrollment options and the homeschool options, however they are not being offered when we will be going. (very beginning of May) So I wanted to create our own group. Problem is, I would have to do so by way of the Dis or some other boards. does anyone have any info on this? Okay so the cheap tickets are awesome, I'm not gonna lie. But I really want our kids to experience some of these great looking classes being offered. I mean what an incredible opportunity! And what a great memory for a child to have. (assuming the classes are as good as they sound!)

How are you going to prove to Disney that a random group of internet strangers is a "legitimate" organized group? Don't they want some kind of reassurance that you meet on a regular basis outside of Disney?

Well, that's what I'm questioning. I didn't claim that my group would be a "legitimate" organized group. That is exactly the point of my thread.

So, you want advice on how to circumvent a rule that Disney has in place to prevent abuse of the program? I don't think we can help you with that because it would be against the rules of the disboards.

Moderator, why not just shut this one down now because I can see where it's going...

No I'm not asking for advise on "how to circumvent a rule", I was more or less asking for clarification on whether or not that is in fact the case.
