Deal on disney dresses at JC Penny

I was able to get DD a disney dress for 12.74 today. I was pretty excited because I was just about to go and buy one from Target for $20.

JC penny.com has some disney princess dresses on sale for 16.99. I believe they are Auroa, Rapunzel and Belle size 4-6x.

Slickdeals.com had a code for 25% an order so when I applied it to the already reduced price and chose to have it delievered to my local store instead of paying shipping the cost came to 27 for 2 dresses.

I bought a couple of these a few months ago and the quality was horrible! The one she tried on ripped when we put it over her head. I promptly returned them.

I bought some at Christmas for DD's dress up chest and she loves them. They aren't the best quality, but they are perfect for her dress up play.

Is it different than what they sell in Target? It looked like the same product to me. I bought the white Tangled dress at Target last year (before I knew the white dress is barely seen in the film) and dd has wore it a lot without problems.
