Deadline for uploading 90 day recovery docs for review?

We sail 7/25. My husband tested positive for Covid on 7/5, a few days of symptoms then done. We just received the copy of his recovery letter from his doctor, but now I don’t see an option to upload it for review on Safe Passage. Did we miss a cut-off I didn’t know about?

His positive test (and recovery) was between the 90-11 days, we just didn’t physically receive his doctors letter until today (8 days before sailing) - are we no longer able to upload or am I missing something?

On hold now with Safe Passage — you know how that does…

Did you upload the vax docs yet? You can't ask for the 90 day recovery option until the vax docs clear and the site says clear to arrive. At that point you should have options to buy a test, upload test results, or upload 90 day recovery docs. Each adult needs to do it on their own account.

I'm also on the 7/25 sailing and I can still pull it up.

Once in Safe Passage, Under Pre Sail Screening, click "View". Then chose the persons name you want to upload for. The last option is for the 90 Day Recovery application.

Hope this helps - I have to do the same upload this week!
