This is probally a really silly question but i don't want to get to the airport and somethnig go wrong...........

When we got DD's passport done she was only 3 months old she will have just turned 3 when we go in September, has anyone had any problems with the childs passports i.e as they were so young when they had the photo taken and now they look alot different. The passport doesn't run out till Oct 2006, so should we be ok as it has such a long time left on it? :Pinkbounc

Thanks:D

We had the same thing - passport photo of a 6 week old baby & she'd just turned 3 when we flew. Had no problems at all though. I expect they're used to it.

Same here, our youngest had her passport done at 8 weeks is now 4 and has travelled several times other than the occasional funny look or comment we have had no problem.

My DD's passport was done when she was 5. We went to Cyprus last Easter when she was 9. She looks nothing like the photo but we had no problem going out. On our way through passport control at Heathrow on our way home the lady took her passport off her and had a look then asked DD her name and checked it with the passport.
