Would it be okay to tell the CM when making PS's that we will be celebrating DD's 7th Birthday even though her Birthday isn't actually until we get home????

We exchanged her friends party for this trip, so this is her party and part of her gift.

We are running into the exact same problem. I asked DD if she would rather celebrate at Disney or home and she picked (obviously) Disney. So we told CRO that we were celebrating a birthday during our trip. I did mention during our conversation that her birth date was actually the day we return home and she (the CRO CM) said it was not a problem.

I just noticed your countdown counter only 5 days between our visits...We are there the 29 Oct - 4 November at Ft. Wilderness!

We celebrated my son's birthday while we were down there last year. His birthday was 2 days after we arrived home, so we celebrated it on our last day in the park! It was a total surprise for him. We made ps at Chef Mickey's for breakfast. It was awesome, he was so surprised , and everyone made such a big deal out of the fact that it was his birthday! They even sang Happy Birthday to him on the Jungle Cruise when they noticed the pin that he had received at Chef Mickey's. Have a great time!!!

While Im usually a stickler for only celebrating an event on the date, I feel if its for a child and only a matter of a few days, thats no big deal. In fact my DS will be turning 7, 2 days before our trip in Dec. I never thought about celebrating his birthday there until I started planning on my birthday there(10 days after his) and I felt guilty. So I plan to have his birthday dinner at Ohana on our first night. :D
I say go for it!

Go for it! If you say you will be "celebrating" her birthday, that does not mean it is actually her birthday.....She will get such a kick out of it too!
