DDR Booking Issue

Is anyone else having an issue booking dining reservations today? I've tried online (since 6) and keep receiving a "Sorry for the 'Paws'" message. I've tried calling them directly at the 407-WDW-DINE phone number and it keeps saying it is unable to complete my call at this time. Help!

Free dining and room only discounts released today. I would anticipate delays and errors for at least today - maybe even tomorrow.

I've had the same trouble all day! So annoying! Saw the be our guest time I wanted but couldn't book! By the time I could get through on the phone all times had gone!
I've seen other threads on here now going back 2 years that this is a really common problem but all disney could say was they had no idea why and it was my computer!!!!! I've tried other computers and all browser types! Why can't they tell me the truth?

Today the site and phone lines would have been SLAMMED due to the release of Free Dining and Room Discounts. Happens every single time on these days.

That's understandable but they should have said that rather than blaming my computer!! I spent hours trying other peoples computers etc! And annoying for me when I've been waiting months for my 180 day deadline then they announce the free dining on MY 180 day!
