My family is taking a trip in September and we got the DDP, we come in on a Sunday and leave the following Sunday. Will our dining plan be from Sunday to Sunday if I only got 6 day park tix?

It will be for each night of your reservation....so if you're there for 7 nights, then you will get 7TS, 7QS, and 7 snack credits per person.

Park tickets are not relevant. Dining allotments are based only on how many nights you spend at the resort.

This is true. The DDP and your park tickets have nothing to do with each other. Your dining plan credits are based on the number of nights you stay.
