How much is the DDP per person per day?

I though it was £25 but then that makes it £700 for our trip which seems more than I remembered when I thought about adding when booking.

I've just totalled up our rough ADR prices and they are going to come to like £250 minimum, so I am trying to figure out if DDP is worth it or not....

What dates? is free DDP not on?

Just done a dummy booking for this Oct it says free is incl worth £19.99 per adult, £5.99 per child, per day

Then did another for next Oct and it says Disney Dining Plan: £23.99 per adult, £6.99 per child, per day

If you are talking about direct with Disney in US then I think its $40 per adult.

Yeha, it is october, so is free then, but I booked on 10 for 14 deal you see.

So £23.99 is £671. Take off the £250 is £420. Will we spend that much on CS and snacks in 14 days.....hmmmmm.

Surely 14 TS meals for each of you would be more than £250?

Claire ;)

As we don't have DDP we've only got 7 TS booked so far. So obvisouly some days we'll need more than one CS meal too.

Have you re-priced your trip with free ddp? is it worth changing?

For us it would not be worth buying as we like to eat offsite more than onsite but we are trying it free next month.
If paying you have to use it to the max to be worth while.

Yeah, we've priced it up on free dining.

We've paid £1400 for AKL and tickets. It's £3030 on 'free' DDP offer. So definitely wont be doing that.

TBH I was going to get a garden grocer delivery adn probably get Kids CS or share a lot of the time. So it sounds like I've made the right choice anyway.

Thanks Wayne. :)

£250 does seem quite cheap for 14 nights, we found that by the time you add tax and service even a 'cheap' meal can be nearly $50, if you are planning on signature restaurants then definately more! May be worth looking at it esp. if you can have it for free!!!

Wow Tinks86 love to know where you eat ...$50!:rotfl: Although there were 3 of us not one of our TS bills was under $100! Realistically to make the DDP work for you you really need to be looking at eating a TS meal every day or using up 2 at a Signature for those days at other parks. We found the CS & snack credits excellent, although CS breakfast really wasn't up to much but we got fruit bowls instead using snacks.
SD:thumbsup2

There's just 2 of us, so if we were having just a burger and chips etc then we found it came to about $50 (if we were only having soft drinks) I've always found wine and beer really expensive in Orlando (and the res of the US!)
