DDP with room only?

Have searched and some said yes while others said tickets must be included in the package. We have tickets that were bought separately.

I just looked at the details on the Disney website and it keeps referring to ‘Disney Resort Package’ which normally means a resort and ticket package. I believe you need to purchase both to be eligible for the dining plan.

When you call, ask to change your room only reservation to a ticketless package with the dining plan.

If you are referring to the free D+ dining plan offer, then yes, you need to buy tickets. If you are paying for the DDP, you can book just a room and add it on. You may have to call.

Thanks everyone! Just booked the DDP no tickets and did not lose the discounted room! The Disney Moms or ,whatever it's now called, said I lose it would so that was a nice surprise.

Kind of scary the so called "Disney experts" don't give out the correct information. Sadly it's not the first time. Glad you were able to add it!
