DDP With Candelight

I have a question. We want to do the Candelight Processional with the DDP in December when we go down. Now, I can make ADR's in June but I know you can't make ressies for the Processional, usually, until late August. How do we do this?

I did this last year. Just make the ressie for no CP when you want it. Then when CP comes out, call that very morning when they open and book it. I was able to get Le Cellier for CP. It was awesome!
