DDP users watch your cc bill after checkout

Just a word of caution for those using the DDP. We had the plan during our stay and it was great. We had 2 rooms and and so our credits were separated onto 2 cards. After our last table service meal one reciept showed 0 TS credits remaining and the other said "see front desk". I asked and he said the computer went offline and the credits will be deducted by tomorrow morning. (We had experiences with the computers offline using snack credits earlier in the week so I thought nothing of it.) When I checked out the next morning I checked and there were no charges to the room of any kind (We did NOT authorize charging on our room cards btw.) So imagine my surprise when there is a large charge from the WDW resort on my credit card statement from my check out day listed as lodging. I called and sure enough it was for our dinner. He immediately apologized and said it was sent to the resort to deduct from your dining credits but they just issued it as a charge against the room instead! We had lots of souvenier shopping on the credit card, so I am glad it was a large amount or I may have skipped over it. Just wanted to remind everyone to check your statements because the CM on the phone says "It happens."

Thanks- we'll be doing a lot of christmas gift shopping so I'll have to make sure the save everything and double-check. I think I read of this happening before.
