DDP upgrade question

Hi! I know that you must book a package within 72 hours of arrival date to use DDP. My question is, if I've booked a DDP, can I upgrade to Deluxe while we are there if I find it to be inadequate? Or must I finalize any upgrade 72 hours prior? TIA

Nope any changes must be made by the 72 hour mark too.

also, if you upgrade within 7 days of your trip, they might stick you with a $50 reservation change fee.

Note that unless you already have a bunch of ADRs booked for out-of-pocket, I'd hold off upgrading to DxDP under any circumstances until you can snag the additional ADRs you'll need to make it worthwhile.
