DDP - two credit cards

We are doing the DDP. After looking at the costs for the Character meals, it made the most sense. We have two big eaters < 9 yrs old. Convenience also factored into the decision.

My question: Any experience with MS accepting two cards for payment of DDP? Two families are going; staying on one reservation in a 2BR.

If yes, how did you do it?

Just tell them to bill 1/2 to one card and 1/2 to another?

They can accept 2 forms of payment so you'd just ask them to charge part to one and part to another. Or at least they've taken 2 other forms of payment for me in the past.

You could also each purchase gift cards to reach the value, and/or load them to a Disney Vacation Account and use that to pay for DDP.

It wouldn't be half. They have 2 adults + 2 children. We are 2 adults. I used DVC chat today after posting this. We can do a three way call and pay with CC.
