DDP-tipping on TS meals

Just curious When on the DDP, tips are included for TS. Have any of you that have done the DDP been leaving extra money for your servers or simply leaving what is automatically added and nothing more?

We tipped extra for the wonderful service we had at the following: CRT, WCC, CP and Le Cellier. Also tipped extra at Chef Mickey's even though the service was not that great. The only place we did NOT tip extra was Cap' N' Jacks and that was because the service was horrid! Just horrid!

We did leave extra at several spots, though we had a hard time remembering to keep dollars in cash for it. It was usually easier to leave extra tip when we bought something OOP and had a seperate bill to pay since we could just add it to that (used room charge usually)

I had free dinning in Aug 2005. We rarely tipped extra because the 18% is already tacked on and the wait staff always suggested add-ons to our meals which would bump the bill (then thier tip) up more. Plus our group was 8 adults who were well behaved, were not difficult, and always had the appitizers, entree, and dessert. (Again, huge bill so big tip.)

We did tip extra when alcohol was ordered and some times when it was a really awesome waiter. We also tried to tip the woman who played music during O'hana but we were told we couldn't.
She was great!

If someone cleared stuff off of our table while we were seated at a CS, we handed them a tip. This only happened one time, all others we bussed our tables ourselves. At the TS if our service was special we gave extra - like when our server at H&V made sure June came to our table for our 4 yr old - she got a very nice extra tip for that.

I agree with the pp--our plan is to tip extra if we have great service

We tipped extra at places where the service warranted it. Ohana, CRT Dinner, and Chef Mickeys, and Akershus. Our Cyrstal Palace server did nothing to warrant any extra gratuity, and hence did not get one.
