DDP/Sanaa

If I want the bread or salad at Sanaa, can I pay for it oop or is it part of the meal?

If you are on the basic DDP, you would need to pay for it OOP as an appetizer. ( We so loved the Naan...didn't even bother with the other breads in the bread service. Loved all the relishes, too!)

We just pay cash for our bread choices, you would do the same with the salad. They bring the extras bill out with your receipt for the DDp. So you can sign the DDp and pay for the extras at the same time.
