DDP Rookie-Whatddya think?

Hello all,

This will be our first time on the DDP and I was just looking for some feedback on what we have come up with so far. These are the table services we have chosen for each day. Again, just a tentative plan but since we can make our ADRs on Valentine's day, Im trying to get it all straight in my own head. (Not an easy thing let me tell you)

Cast will be DH, myself and DS (6). We wanted to try the DDP just for the fun of it this time. Im not going to get all bent out of shape over ADRs, just hope for the best.

Day 1 (arrival at 1 pm) Supper at Liberty Tree Tavern
Day 2- Late lunch at Le Cellier
Day 3- Breakfast Donald's Breakfastosaurus- Early for rope drop
Day 4- CP breakfast
Day 5- Supper Rose and Crown
Day 6- Lunch Mama Melrose
Day 7- Chef Mickey for Breakfast (DS' only request)
Day 8- Supper at Boma (This is set because we are suprising DS with our last 2 nights at AKL)

Any advice?????Appreciate all opinions.

Looks good. The one thing I might suggest is moving Chef Mickey's up earlier in the week. Now, maybe your DS isn't like this, but I've seen kids drive parents bonkers wondering when they are going to get to do the one thing they requested.

We're arriving on August 13th too, so I'm trying to finalise my ADR's. Lots are the same as yours! One thing I would say is for your lunch and dinner ADR's think of what time you will be getting up in the morning and having breakfast to work out what time you will then be hungry again or just need a sit down with air con! We are planning to do quite a few parks at rope drop so will probably be hungry by 11.30/12.
