DDP Restaurants, did I miss something?

I just noticed that there are a ton of restaurants missing for the 2016 dining plan on disney's website. Did I miss something? Where are all the restaurants? There's no Crystal Palace, no CRT and no places from world showcase at Epcot! What happened???

I just looked at their brochure for next year and the places you mentioned not being on it are on their brochure so maybe that is just a website glitch?

Crystal Palace and CRT are listed in the separate "Character Dining" section on page 5 and not under the "Table Service Meals & Locations" section in the DDP brochure.

The third party restaurants which include many of the World Showcase and Disney Springs restaurants have until the end of the year to sign their contracts so they are not listed, but most likely if they are on the dining plan this year, they will be next year.
