DDP question

I need clarification on the DDP please. We are sharing our 2br DVC with our son and his family in May. Everyone is listed on our reservation. Am I correct that for the DDP, we ALL have to do it/not do it? DH and I do not want it, and our son and family does. Can that be done??

It's all or none. If you'll be eating on property routinely and with them, it's likely not a deal breaker either way. My guess is they want it because it's often advantageous for kids 3-9. You and they might consider the TIW instead and also look at the discounts available to DVC members. If it's important to them you may want to go through the menu's for your reservations and see what your costs would be with and without the DP. Another option is to get separate rooms but that may cost more than you'd lose with the DP. If their goal is to prepay, there are other ways to do so than the DP.
