DDP question

A quick question. Exactly how long do you book the DDP for. I know it has to be for the length of your stay and your entire group. When we previously used the DDP (non DVC members) you would pay for how many nights you were staying. Is it the same with the DVC or can we actually purchase 9 days worth because that is many days we are going to be there and were hoping to use the dining plan for our last day.

It is still the same as with other resorts. It is based on the number of nights you stay not the number of days. If you stay for 6 nights and 7 days, you would pay for 6 credits on the DDP not 7.

Just as with cash reservations, the DDP is linked to the number of nights on a DVC stay. For instance for a 5 nght/6 day stay, you have 5 nights of credit that you can use from the time you check-in until 11:59pm on the day you check-out. So you can stretch those 5 credit over the 6 days you'll be there.

Not sure if they have changed or not but on our last visit we stayed 7 nights/8 days. We were given the option of purchasing the dining plan for either 7 or 8 days.
