DDP Question

I am using the DDP for the first time next week and I'd like to know if anyone can tell me more about it. For instance, are there any restrictions? Example, if I'm dining in LeCellier, am I restricted as to what appetizers, entrees, desserts I can order? Any other info, likes, dislikes, suggestions, things not to do? Would be appreciated.

Except for alcohol are no exceptions to what you can eat on the menu. You can order an appetizer, main course and desert. You do need to make your reservations as soon as possible.

I hope you already have all your ADRs booked because mostly everything is full right now. if you don't get on the phone immediately to try and book them.
There are several threads on here completely explaining the current and next years plans in great detail.
