DDP Question - can I do this?

Hi, I think I have got this right but can someone help please?

We are staying at the BWV on DVC points on 30th September and 1st October and have the DDP.

We have a meal booked at Boma on 09/30, Le Cellier on 10/01 and San Angel on 10/02. I was going to pay for the meal at San Angel and use the DDP for Boma but I think I'll get better value by doing it the other way round.

If we are checking out on 10/02, I can use the DDP TS for San Angel can't I? I think the credits are good until midnight of the day you check out.

Boma is a $25.99 Buffet and some entrees at San Angel alone are $26.99 check here and compare.
I will be doing both of these places in Sept. but Boma for a get away Breakfast on the last day.
