DDP "punch card" design - help!

This may be a unique situation, but I have the need to create a "punch card" to track our DDP credits. We are 3 families staying in a 3 bedroom villa at the Boardwalk. I guess they lump EVERYBODY's credits into the same account. Can someone help create a cute tracking system for us? What I had in mind was a card the size of a credit card that would indicate each family's credits for the entire trip that we could "X" off each time we used a TS, CS, or snack credit. Does this make sense?

Here's the breakdown:

Kleinfelter Family:
14 TS, 14 CS, 14 snacks

Dubas Family:
14 TS, 14, CS, 14 snacks

Ochwat Family:
14 TS, 7 kid TS, 14 CS, 7 kid CS, 21 snacks

I thought we might as well make this cute and fun rather than a chore, trying to verify the accuracy of our DDP credits each night. I appreciate any ideas and designs. Thanks!

Thought I'd ask one more time. Pretty please...!

All I'm thinking of is some kind of Disney character border around the card. The card would just have numbers or initials or something representing each type of meal/snack so we could cross it off each time we used one and have a running tally per family.

Maybe TS, CS, Child TS, Child CS, snack could each have a different color circle and then a legend somewhere on the card?

I hate to jump in on your thread and ask for the same help, but please, can someone help me?

This is such a brillant idea and ater having problems last year, we NEED this card! Luckily, I'm real good at keeping track in my head of things when it comes to money, like what items cost is in the grocery store, etc. Well, last year a cm took off adult ts credit for my child's ts, and I had to go back to my hotel the morning after and get them to correct it. However, that was only 4 days of vacation, and this year we're going for 10 days, and 2 of which has 2 ts credits per meal. So, it's going to get real confusing.

PLEASE can someone help me, I love all the designs above, so all I need is one where the name is changed to read "Jackie, Nikki, Beth, and Kayla" or even a blank space, I wouldn't mind writing in the names. I just don't know how to delete the names on the designs you made above. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

is that 10 days (which would only be 9 credits) or 10 nights?? I will be leaving 1st thing in the morning and won't be back until friday (hopefully we will get to come home friday) so If I don't post them ASAP don't worry I will get them done as soon as I get a chance.
