DDP & our trip next week

We leave on Sunday for Disney and are so ready to go! There are 5 of us - DH, DD (5), DD (1), my sister, myself and here is what we have planned - I made some changes and now have myself worried about our plans... we are on the DDP... Any ideas on the best CS places for us??

Sunday
CG - DH wants Sushi so have to pay OOP for that and also planning on OOP for DD

Monday - at Animal Kingdom
CS for lunch
DH and I off to V&A for a supper for just us!

Tuesady
CS breakfast and will be off disney most of the day

Wed - Epcot
Princess Storybook Breakfast
CS for lunch
Chefs de France for supper -- I had Coral Reef and changed it - which is better to go to???? my sister and I aren't big eatters so were planning to share - is that doable?

Thurs - Magic Kingdom
Cindy's Royal Table for Lunch
CS for Supper

Friday - ? not sure where we'll end up
CS for Lunch
Spirit of Aloha - early show

Saturday - MGM
CS for Lunch
Whispering Canyon for supper - DH and I are hoping to share, will that work here? and we'll have to pay some OOP
