We are a family of 5 but my children DD14, DD13, and DD11 do not eat alot, we have always done the disney dining plan because we love eating at places like Yachtsman Steakhouse, California Grill, Jikos, Flying Fish, Citricos etc, you get the picture. Anyway, in the past these restaurants were always two table services and what my children did not use we would end up using. We would sometimes pay the kids meals out so that we would have the extra adult table services. This year on the Deluxe plan it just seems like way to much food, expecially for my kids to be eating on an adult plan, but the other plan doesn't offer enough. We will be staying at the RPC Grand Floridian and there will be food out all day long, but not enough to make a meal out of. I need help trying to decide whether I should book DDE which we have never done before, book one of the plans, or not book any meal plan and just wing it with what we have at our concierege. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We will probably be doing a few character breakfasts as well.
