DDP not showing on invoice?

Hi All

Booked through TCD and I should have free dining.
On my invoices I've received through the post it states 'Disney Dining Plan', however on my detailed online invoice theres no mention of it.
Just wondered whether anyone thought this would be a problem? Should I query it now, or leave it till check-in? Or is it nothing to worry about, and I should forget it?

I would appreciate any opinions!

Is the detailed invoice a breakdown of components and payments? If so, and if you have free dining, it is possible that it is not listed as there is no charge for it.

However, I would phone them and query it and once they assure you that dining is on there, insist that they amend the detailed invoice to reflect this.

Thanks for the reply- yes it was just a breakdown of monies paid, but think I will confirm this just to be sure. Easier to sort it now than at check in .

Yes, much easier to sort now. I had a similar thing but with Magical Express. They took all my details when I booked and confirmed it, but it wasn't on my invoice. I remember thinking I was just nit-picking but decided to call anyway and it turned out that as they completed my transaction at closing time, DME had not reflected on my booking so it wasn't there :scared1: They added it on and sent a new invoice confirming this. Glad I phoned! :)

Mine was with Disney UK though. But any company can have technical problems. I also upgraded DD to adult DDP and then had to reverse it because they couldn't do it, but it was only after I had checked with the CRO in the USA that I queried it. They had charged me for it and said it was fine. Turned out it wouldn't have been recognised so sometimes you do need to insist. THat took four months to sort out! Again, it was simply a request they didn't know how to handle but you do need to follow through as the person on the phone doesn't know all the ins and outs of Disney and most times, they have never been themselves so in a way, it is our responsibility when you consider how much info there is regarding various WDW aspects. It would be great if you update us tomorrow. :goodvibes

Sorry for not letting you know yesterday but I had to work in the end.
Ok, now I'm really panicking, called TCD and they confirm there is no dining plan entered on the system for our booking, although its states we've got it on our invoice. I'm writing to them today with a copy enclosed and hoping this is all alright.

Thankfully you noticed while there is still time to sort it out. Remember not to give any original docs to them ;) They should be able to sort it. I would have thought they could call up their version of the invoice issued to you on their system, but nonetheless .... as long as they sort it out.

I've sent them a copy of my invoice, hopefully it will get sorted.
Its better to sort it out now rather than on arrival!
Off to post the letter now- I'll let you know what happens.
