I'd like to know if this is something we could do, or if it would be cheating the system. Now let me tell you, it really bothers me when people post things about sneaking extra people in a room, or using refillable mugs from other resorts, so if this is not something you can do, please don't label me as one of 'those' people
We are going to WDW for our wedding in July. We have APs and have the DDE. However, after a lot of planning, budgeting, and a nice little excel spreadsheet, we have determined it will be cheaper for us to buy the DDP.
The downside is that we have to buy 2 1day MYW tickets for ourselves even though we don't need them. Now I know, I know, we can use them next year when our APs are expired, but here is my question.
My mom and sister are going to buy park tickets. Can we get the MYW tickets under our reservation number, buy the DDP, and then give my sister and mom the MYW tickets since they don't have names attached to them? My mom would then pay us for the tickets we bought and we wouldn't have to waste money on tickets we don't need right now.
Does that make sense? Is it allowed?
TIA
