Is there a list of restaurants (TS,CS,& Snacks) that take the DDP?

The 2009 restaurant list is incomplete (none of the non-Disney-owned restaurants have been added yet). When finalized, it will probably look the same as the 2008 list.

There are many, many places where you can get snacks, so there is no official snack list.

So they arent finished with the 2009 list?! OMG you just made my day! We booked bounce back before coming home from our honeymoon and then I was soo dissapointed when I got home and looked at the 2009 list! Here is hoping WGPE at DTD gets back on as well as Teppan Edo and Tangerine Cafe and many more!
