DDP Keeping Track of Credits?

I am getting concerned about how I am going to keep track on my DDP. My room reservation will have myself, mother and two of my nieces on it. We all have the dining plan so I assume that all the credits will be on my card for all of us (the four on the ressie). Will the children each get a room key with the credits on it for them? My problem will arise if my sister(who will be on her own reservation with her, DH and two more kids) wants to go someplace with out my mom and me and she of course will have her two kids with her. So can she take the kids room keys and charge child meals on that? And then how will I know that she did that right and an Adult meal wasn't taken from my Adult credits??? I am so confused because when I went on the plan in February, it just showed a pool of credits and I didnt' understand how I will be able to tell what is left meaning child vs adult. I know my sister will share meals with her girls because they don't eat much, but what will happen if she uses some of my credits. UGH! This wasn't such a good idea, was it!

It still just shows a pool of credits.

When we went, there were 3 adults in one room so they had all the credits on each of their cards. They just kept track of their credits in their head and made sure things were fair between them. They trusted each other to not lie about extra credits ;) and everything worked out.

Does this mean I can give my sister the two girls room keys and she can subtract their meals from that? Or does the charging (dining plan, not credit card) only on the adult cards? Does anybody know?

The girls' card will have the dining plan available to them, unless you specifically request that their cards do not have credits attached to them. You need to discuss the options with the CM at check-in.

All you sister will need to use the DDP is one card. When we were down in August, my daughter and her friend were with us some nights and some nights they went off on their own. They have no problem using the credits for their CS, TS or Snack. At any time you can go to Guest Services at your resort and they will print out exactly how many credits you have used and where they were used. It's very convenient.

Oh thats great. I didn't know you could have that printed out. That would be helpful, if we get mixed up on the number of credits left! Thanks so much!
