DDP in April/May?

Hello guys!
I have a quick question about the Dining Plan.

I went to WDW in Septembr 2014 and November 2015 and both times the free dining plan save us a loooot.

I'm considering try to visit WDW once again with my fiancé during april/may 2017 but I've never heard of the free dining promo during these months so I think it doesn't exist during that period of time?
Is there any discounts or promos during these months?
How do they work?
I've heard they release april/may promos between september/october, is it right?

No, free dining will probably not be available for April/May. There may be a room discount or other package deals. Just keep checking the Disney website to see what they have. There should be some new offers out there any day now.
