Ddp...help?!

Hello,

For those of you who have used the DDP this year (or any other time) I have a few questions:

1) Was it easy to use?
2) Can you save up snacks etc?
3) Any tips / advice for those of us who will be using it soon for the first time?

We used the DDp in Aug for the first time and thought it was really easy to use. Everytime you spend something it will tell you how many of that particular credit you have left on the bottom of the receipt. Try to keep your receipts in case you need to check back for any reason.
The credits don't have to be spent in one day, we had 37 sc left with only 5 days holiday left. We spent the majority of them on sweets and cookies to bring home for nieces and nephews.
If you do have any problems with the credits they will sort it for you at the reception of the hotel. Only had one problem and that was because they didn't take off enough credits.
My biggest tip would be to say you do not have to eat all the food put in front of you, if you do be prepared to come back a few pounds heavier.

Like above, we used this for the first time in August. We loved it! We researched restaurants and pre booked all of our T/S credits. We used snack credits for gifts home too (I believe you can spend upto $4) - we bought drinks as it worked out better value this way. We were left with 1 C/S on our last day, so on the way to the airport Mid afternoon, we stopped off in DTD and bought goodies from The Earl Of Sandwich to eat at the airport.
It's dead easy to use and keep track of what you've used and what's left. Any member of your party can "pay" for your meal as you all have the party's credits on your cards.
Do your research on the restaurants, make ADR asap and if you are wanting to meet the characters,book as many varied character meals asap, this saves times in Queues in the park!

Ensure you book lots of ADR's in advance.
